Who is presenting?
Julie Beckenstein is an Oil & Gas Analyst at BMI, based in New York. Her main research focus is the Americas region with a specialisation on Mexico, the US and Brazil. Prior to working on BMI's Oil & Gas team, she served on the Latin America Country Risk team for two years, covering Mexico.
Before joining BMI Julie interned at the UK House of Lords and worked assessing country compliance with corporate governance, auditing and accounting standards at the non-profit eStandardsForum. She holds a MSc (Merit) in European Union Politics and Government from the London School of Economics.
Marina Petroleka is BMI’s Head of Energy & Infrastructure Research. She specialises in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, with expertise on both conventional and unconventional oil & gas sectors and on infrastructure development policy.
Prior to BMI Marina worked at the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Istanbul and the Office of the Political Advisor to the Commander, NATO HQ, Netherlands. She holds an M.A. in International Security and Development from King's College London.
