2. BMI’s Money-Back Guarantee

What is the 'Publisher's Full Money-Back Guarantee'?
  • Reports
    If any of our reports do not meet your high expectations and the reports are returned within 14 days, we will refund all your money.
  • Weekly Newsletters
    If any of our weekly newsletters do not meet your high expectations and you cancel your subscription within 4 weeks of the subscription start date, we will refund all your money.
  • Monthly Newsletters
    If any of our monthly newsletters do not meet your high expectations and you cancel your subscription within 3 months of the subscription start date, we will refund all your money.
  • Complaints
    For any other feedback or complaints falling outside of the money-back guarantee please contact us on complaints@businessmonitor.com, we aim to respond to all customer feedback within 48 hours

3. Formats and Delivery

How and when will my reports be delivered?

We supply our products in a variety of formats including PDF, hard copy, CD-ROM and online.

We aim to acknowledge your order and send PDF reports where available within 2 working days of your order. If you need instant access to your chosen product please use our online credit card purchasing facility. Printed reports are despatched as soon as your order is processed, subject to availability.
