Which currencies can I pay in?

Depending upon your location, our online store prices default to either:

  • US dollars ($)
  • Euros (€)
  • GB Sterling (£)

Change your chosen currency using the drop-down menu on the basket page.


Do the prices include VAT?

All of our paper-based products are VAT exempt. Companies operating within the EU and purchasing an electronic product (CD-ROMs and online subscriptions) who do not want to pay VAT need to order via an order form and provide a company VAT/TVA/IVA number.

We offer greater discounts when you order more than one report, and the more reports that you order the greater the discount.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you can order using an order form or via our online store. The products will be sent to you on receipt of payment.

Please remember to tick the box stating that you would like to pay by bank transfer and we will provide you with the appropriate banking details including Swift codes and ABA or IBAN.

Can I be invoiced for my order?

You can request to be invoiced when ordering using an order form or through our web-store by ensuring you check the box marked 'Please bill me/Please invoice me'. Your products will be sent to you on receipt of payment.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay by credit card by completing an order form or using our online web-store. We accept AmEx, Mastercard and Visa.


Will my online payment be secure?

All online payments are secure. Payments are processed using Secure Trading Payment Gateway. Business Monitor International (BMI) does not store any credit card information on our databases.


How can I change my invoice details?

Please email stating your invoice number and providing the new invoice details.

2. BMI's Money-Back Guarantee

What is the 'Publisher's Full Money-Back Guarantee'?

  • Reports
    If any of our reports do not meet your high expectations and the reports are returned within 14 days, we will refund all your money.
  • Weekly Newsletters
    If any of our weekly newsletters do not meet your high expectations and you cancel your subscription within 4 weeks of the subscription start date, we will refund all your money.
  • Monthly Newsletters
    If any of our monthly newsletters do not meet your high expectations and you cancel your subscription within 3 months of the subscription start date, we will refund all your money.
  • Complaints
    For any other feedback or complaints falling outside of the money-back guarantee please contact us on , we aim to respond to all customer feedback within 48 hours

3. Formats and Delivery

How and when will my reports be delivered?

We supply our products in a variety of formats including PDF, hard copy, CD-ROM and online.

We aim to acknowledge your order and send PDF reports where available within 2 working days of your order. If you need instant access to your chosen product please use our online credit card purchasing facility. Printed reports are despatched as soon as your order is processed, subject to availability.

How can I stop or change BMI communications?
