ANA, JAL Record Rise In International Cargo Volume


News: Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA) registered a 9.7% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase in international cargo volume to 47,758 tons in July, which is the fifth successive increase on a yearly basis. ANA's domestic cargo volume also recorded a 3.1% y-o-y jump to 42,097 tonnes in July, the second consecutive monthly increase. Meanwhile, Japan Airlines (JAL) posted a 7.8% y-o-y rise in international cargo volume to 22,675 tonnes for the fourth successive month in July. Further, JAL's domestic cargo volume climbed 1% y-o-y to 36,171 tonnes for the fifth straight month in July.
