Bangalore To Hit Leased Office Space Milestone

News: Bangalore is expected to become the first Indian city with more than 100mn square feet (sq ft) of leased grade-A office space by March, according to a report released by the Global Initiative for Restructuring Environment and Management and US-based property consultant DTZ. Bangalore's combined leased office space portfolio, which excludes the captive office spaces of domestic IT firms Infosys and Wipro, stood at 99.94mn sq ft in late 2013. The report found that the city accounted for 24% of the entire grade-A commercial office space supply available in the top seven metropolitan cities in India.
