BOPP Film Plant’s First Phase Of Construction To Start In May


News: Russia-based Megapolis Group will commence the first phase of construction of the biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) packaging film plant at Shakhty in Rostov region, Russia, in May 2014. The company has estimated that funds worth EUR105mn (US$142.82mn) are required to be invested in the project. Waterfall PRO, a subsidiary of Megapolis, is expected to generate 250 new jobs through the start-up of the BOPP film plant. Megapolis stated that the second phase of construction at the plant is scheduled to commence in H115.
