Chang'an To Set Assembling Facilities


News: Chinese automaker Chang'an Automobile has revealed plans to set up assembling facilities in Russia and Iran to boost exports. The company revealed plans to construct a plant in Russia within the next two years. The location is undecided as of yet. The facility would have the capacity to assemble 100,000 Chang'an vehicles annually from knocked-down kits. It has also signed an agreement with automobile dealership Iran Saipa to assemble vehicles in Saipa's factory using complete knock-down equipment from China, reports Chongqing Morning Post. The facility will assemble 50,000 Chang'an vehicles in a year.
