Gdansk Port Privatisation Begins


News: The Port of Gdansk Authority in Poland has started the privatisation of its largest multipurpose cargo handling operator Port of Gdansk Cargo Logistics, according to a company press release. Under the privatisation process, the authority plans to sell off a block of shares of Port of Gdansk Cargo Logistics. The company to be privatised is involved in cargo handling and storage services for delivery of goods through sea, road and rail to major seaports across Central and Eastern Europe. The scheduled deadline to bid for the cargo operator ends May 12.
