Government To Introduce Strict Quality Control Measures

News The Georgian government is seeking to introduce a stringent system of quality control for drugs. The government intends to impose strict measures, but does not want to open the door to foreign manufacturers until the measures have been tested in the domestic market, according to Georgian Health Minister Davit Sergienko. The government will try to protect citizens from potentially dangerous drugs by introducing monitoring systems and establishing a unified system of packaging.
