Horiba Instruments Acquires New HQ


News: US engineering firm Horiba Instruments has acquired a new headquarters building in Irvine, California, for US$13mn, according to Globe St. The property consists of 63,000 square feet of office and warehouse space and is located on the city's Research Drive. The building was bought from US property firm Irvine Co., along with a vacant land parcel worth US$3mn in a transaction that also involved the sale of Horiba Instruments' original headquarters.
