ITIDA Enters Into Deals With Microsoft, IBM, Valeo And Henkel


News: Egypt's Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has entered into agreements with IBM, Microsoft, Henkel and Valeo, reports Daily News Egypt. These deals will boost Egyptian IT exports by about US$20mn and generate new employment opportunities. It will also make available new applications to export IT service. Microsoft be able to to expand its business footprints in Egypt, while the agreement with IBM will let the company deliver its expertise to nearly 100 local software firms in the fields of cloud computing. Meanwhile, the deal with Valoe will allow the company to recruit 240 specialised staff members in the coming three years, and the Henkel agreement will enable the firm to set up a global service centre in Egypt.
