JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup Place Traders On Leave


News: US financial services providers JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup have announced that they are to put their leading currency dealers in London on leave, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The banks announced the move after the regulatory authorities reportedly began to probe allegations that foreign exchange rates had been manipulated. Early stages of the investigation are reportedly focussing on the use of instant-messaging services by the dealers.
