Kenya-Uganda Rail Line To Run To Rwanda


News: The presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have said that a railway line that starts from the Kenyan port of Mombasa and runs to Uganda will be extended to Rwanda by March 2018. The plan is part of efforts to strengthen trade relations in the region. The line's present route will also be changed when the rail line is extended. Meanwhile, the presidents have also announced that a single east African tourist visa would be implemented from January 2014.
