Netflix To Launch Online Movie Service In Four Countries



News: US video rentals services provider Netflix has announced plans to introduce its online movie service in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland in Q412. However, the cost associated with the launch will result in a small loss in Q412, the operator confirmed. The offer will include both local and global content offerings. The Scandinavian region holds around 25mn people residing in about 11.3mn TV home. After the launch Netflix could look to leverage the content it acquires to be recycled in the Baltics, and parts of Central and Eastern Europe.
