Philadelphia Project Receives Final Green Light

News: Plans for a new residential and retail complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have received the final approvals from city authorities, according to Globe St. To be called Rodin Square, the development will be located in Logan Square and is planned to consist of a new supermarket and 293 apartments. It will cost around US$140mn and is scheduled for construction between early 2014 and 2016.
