PSA Considers Selling 57% Stake In Faurecia


News: PSA Peugeot Citroën is considering selling its 57% stake in its Faurecia division to accompany a partnership with China's Dongfeng Motor Group, reports Reuters. The French automaker has hired an adviser for the proposed sale, either in the market or to a private equity fund or industry peer. The negotiations over the sale, which are at a nascent stage, depend on success of negotiations on Peugeot's deeper joint venture with its Chinese partner.
