SAP India Forecasts Rebound


News: After Q313 underperformance in India, German software company SAP forecasts a swift return to growth targets in the regional industry, reports ZDNet. Macroeconomic challenges were attributed to a weak performance in India during the quarter, as well as the depreciation of the Indian rupee. However, pointing to highlights in SAP India's mobile and cloud categories, the company's regional president, Steve Watts, suggested the division would be back on track to meet long-term growth targets by 2014.
