Tata Steel Signs Partnership Agreement With UK Research Body


News: Indian steelmaker Tata Steel has entered an agreement with a UK research body, the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, to work on potential developments within the industry. The innovations include graphene coated steels and next generation sensors that are able to operate in extreme environments. The key research areas will also include methods to improve waste recycling processes and development of new sensor equipment. The partners will work in collaboration on long-term research, knowledge exchange and postgraduate training in several different pre defined areas.
