The South Ocean Resort Up For Sale


News: The South Ocean Resort, a 385-acre development site, masterminded by golfer Greg Norman, on the south western coast of New Providence, the Bahamas, has been put up for sale, reports Globe St. The site, which is considered to be the most important remaining tract of land in the Bahamas, calls for a US$1bn mixed-use project that will include hotels, a casino, residential areas, a marina and retail components. US-based real estate company CBRE is representing the seller and has said it has been dealing with inquiries about the site from the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
