VW To Build Seat SUV At Skoda Plant

News: German automaker Volkswagen (VW) will make a Seat SUV at a factory operated by its local subsidiary Skoda in Kvasiny in the Czech Republic. The decision has been driven by the factory's cost efficiency, according to Seat's CEO Jurgen Stackmann. The compact SUV is expected to join Seat's product range in 2016. Apart from lower labour costs, the aspect of capacity utilisation has also fuelled the automaker's decision, added Stackmann.
